PissedConsumer is an American platform for consumer reviews. People use it to share problems and bad experiences with companies and products. Businesses can also reply to reviews and explain their side.[1]

Background

The platform was started in 2006 by Michael Podolsky. It was made to help customers talk openly about poor service, unfair treatment, or bad products.[2]

Public activity

In 2023, the website started the Ukraine Support Project. The project shares information about companies that continued working in Russia after the Russian invasion of Ukraine. It helps people decide which companies they want to support.[3]

In the same year, PissedConsumer appeared on the Inc. 5000 list of fast-growing private companies in the United States.[4]
