Neysa was founded in 2023 by Sharad Sanghi and Anindya Das.[3] Sanghi previously co-founded Netmagic Solutions, a data center company that was later acquired by NTT Communications.[4] Following the acquisition, he led NTT's Global Data Centers and Cloud Infrastructure India business before departing to establish Neysa.[5]
The company focuses on building cloud infrastructure designed for artificial intelligence workloads, including GPU-based computing platforms.[6]
In February 2024, Neysa raised approximately US$20 million in seed funding from Matrix Partners India and Nexus Venture Partners.[7]
In October 2024, the company raised US$30 million in a Series A funding round co-led by NTT Venture Capital, Z47, and Nexus Venture Partners.[1][8]
