Roman Albertovich Abalin (Russian: Роман Альбертович Абалин, born (1998-01-24)24 January 1998), better known as NFKRZ[1][2][3][4][5] (pronounced "No fuckers"), is a Russian YouTuber who makes vlogs and videos about Russian food, Russian politics and other things.[4][6]

Abalin moved to Tbilisi, Georgia in March 2022,[7] shortly after the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine.[8][5][9] In March 2024, he received a visa for the European Union and moved to Lisbon, Portugal. In March 2025, Abalin announced he had gotten a permit to live in Portugal and thus the European Union after a long legal process.[10][non-primary source needed]

Abalin has also made lo-fi hip hop music as romaskosmodroma.
