Mount Koubru

Mount Koubru or Mount Koupalu is a high mountain in the northern hill province of Manipur. It has cultural and religious significance to the Meitei ethnicity since the inception of Ancient Manipur. According to Meitei mythology and religion, the peak is the sacred abode of God Koupalu at his family.^{[1][2][3][4][5][6][4]}
