It is a 63 story office building that includes a private helipad.[1] The tower's podium has a retail area and a food court, as well as a conference hall with capacity for 1,000 people.[3] It also has a Toyota showroom that occupies its first floor.
The office tower shares its site with Anandamaya Residences. This housing area covers 2.4 hectares and has three apartment towers called Anandamaya Residences 1, 2, and 3. The whole project cost about $600 million.[4]
