Lou Degni (January 6, 1933 – January 7, 2022), better known as Mark Forest, was an American actor and bodybuilder. He played Hercules in the Italian movie Goliath and the Dragon (1960).

Forest died on January 7, 2022 at his home in Los Angeles, California, one day after his 89th birthday.^[1]
