Leucostethus is a group of frogs in the family Dendrobatidae.[1] The frogs live in the western Amazon rainforest.[2]

The frogs in this group are the only ones in the Colostethinae group that do not have dark colors on the belly. The name is from the Greek words leukos ("white") and stethos ("chest").[3]
