Leon Kossoff
Leon Kossoff (10 December 1926 – 4 July 2019) was an English painter. He became known for his portraits, life drawings and cityscapes and scenes of London.

He was born in London to a Jewish family, from Ukrainian origin. He grew up in London and took inspiration mostly from the city for his paintings.
He died in London, in 2019, aged 92 years old.[1]
