"Knocked Out" is the debut single by American singer and dancer Paula Abdul. It released on May 4, 1988. It was the first song from her debut album, Forever Your Girl (1988). It was written by Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds, Antonio "L.A." Reid and Daryl Simmons and produced by Babyface and L.A. Reid.
