Juan Pizarro a.k.a. "Terín" (February 7, 1937 – February 18, 2021) was a Major League Baseball (MLB) pitcher. He played for 18 seasons on 9 teams, from 1957 through 1974. He was known for his career with the Chicago White Sox from 1961 until 1966.

Pizarro died on February 18, 2021 in Carolina, Puerto Rico from cancer at the age of 84.[1]
