Joanna Modes is a Polishactress, businesswoman, and charity activist. She was born on May 21, 1985, in Szczecin, Poland. She gained attention as the girlfriend of Formula One driver Robert Kubica.[1][2] She is the Founder of the Modes Art Gallery Foundation.[3][4]
Early Life and Education
Joanna Modes is the first daughter of Robert Bagration-Mukhraneli and Wioleta von Tiele-Winckler. She has a younger sister named Viktoria Magdalena.[5][6] Her family has Georgian, Italian, Polish, and German ancestry, and they follow different faiths.[7][3][8]
Modes graduated from Marymount High School in Los Angeles, California, in 2004. She then pursued her education at the Poznan Academy of Performing Arts (PAPA).[9] She completed a TV Presenting course at the Polish National TV Academy (TVP).[10] She later took a management course at the London Business School.[11][12]
Career
Modes started her career by modeling at charity events and making appearances in movies, theaters, and commercials.[13][14] In 2006, she interned for a political party in Georgia. Her involvement in politics caused issues with her family.[15] This led to her being legally disinherited in September 2008. She changed her name to Joanna Modes.[16][17]
She volunteered to support charities during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2019.[18] In 2022, she founded the Modes Art Gallery Foundation, providing grants to lifesaving charities.[19][20]
Personal Life
In 2009, Joanna Modes sued her family for emotional abuse and reached an out-of-court settlement. She changed her name to Joanna Modes. In 2004, she gained attention for her relationship with footballer Chris Long.[21][22] She later met F1 driver Robert Kubica, became friends, started dating in 2012, and reunited in 2017.[23][24]
