"Hit the Wall" is a song by American singer-songwriter Gracie Abrams for her upcoming third studio album, Daughter from Hell. Abrams wrote and produced the song with Aaron Dessner.

"Hit the Wall" came out on May 14, 2026.[1] The song is about the personal struggles in a relationship.[1][2] The lyrics of the song talks about someone in a relationships crisis because of mental health problems.[3]

The music video of the song was somewhat inspired by the 1980 horror movie The Shining.[4][3]
