Helène Aylon (born Helene Greenfield; February 4, 1931 – April 6, 2020) was an American multimedia and ecofeminist artist.[1][2] She was born in New York City. Her works were divided into three phases: process art (1970s), anti-nuclear art (1980s), and The G-d Project (1990s and early 2000s). She also created a feminist commentary on the Hebrew Bible.

In 2012 Aylon published Whatever Is Contained Must Be Released: My Jewish Orthodox Girlhood, My Life as a Feminist Artist.[2]

Aylon died on April 6, 2020 of COVID-19 in New York City at the age of 89.[3]
