The main issue with adding Arabic text to the Simple English Wikipedia is that Arabic is written from right to left, while English is written from left to right. This can cause problems with numbers, which do not always follow the same direction as the letters. To fix this, you can use the template {{lang}} or add a special code called the left-to-right mark (LRM) at the end of the Arabic text. This tells the system to read the following English text from left to right. You can use the LRM with the codes ‎, ‎, or ‎. Sometimes, you can rearrange the text so that the English comes right after the Arabic, which avoids the need for the LRM. Arabic text may not display correctly on systems that do not support it.

One suggestion is to write the Arabic word the first time it appears in an article, then give one way to pronounce it using English letters, and use that pronunciation throughout the article.
