George E. R. "Gus" Kinnear II (January 12, 1928 – August 9, 2015) was an American four star admiral in the United States Navy. He served as U.S. Military Representative, NATO Military Committee from 1981 to 1982. He was born in Mounds, Oklahoma.[1] He attended George Washington University and Stanford University.
Kinnear died in York Harbor, Maine at the age of 87.[2]
