Fredric Gerson Levin (March 29, 1937 – January 12, 2021) was an American lawyer and philanthropist. He worked for Levin Papantonio Law Firm in Florida.[1][2] The Fredric G. Levin College of Law at the University of Florida is named for him because of a donation he made to the school in 1999. He was born in Pensacola, Florida.
In January 2016, Levin was diagnosed with lung cancer.[3] He died from COVID-19 in Gainesville, Florida on January 12, 2021 at the age of 83.[4]
