Luiz Edson Fachin (born 8 February 1958) is a Brazilian judge and lawyer who has been the President of the Supreme Federal Court since 2025. He has been a justice of the Supreme Federal Court since 2015. He was nominated by President Dilma Rousseff.[1] He was a professor of civil law of the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR).[2]
