Denham Harman (February 14, 1916 – November 25, 2014) was an American biogerontologist. He was the professor emeritus at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.[1][2] Harman was widely known as the "father of the free radical theory of aging".[3]

Harman died in Omaha, Nebraska on November 25, 2014 from a short-illness, aged 98.[4]
