Conecuh County is a county of the U.S. state of Alabama. Its name is believed to be derived from a Creek Indian term meaning "land of cane." As of the 2020 census, 11,597 people lived there.^[1] Its county seat is Evergreen, Alabama.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 853 square miles (2,210 km²), of which 850 square miles (2,200 km²) is land and 2.6 square miles (6.7 km²) (0.3%) is water.^[2]
