As a senior in 2018, he received All-American recognition from several organizations, including USA Today and MaxPreps.[8][9] He was rated a five-star recruit and ranked among the top cornerbacks in the 2019 recruiting class.[10][11] He committed to play college football at the University of Florida.[12]
