Butter chicken

Butter chicken is a type of South Asian food. It is made by cooking pieces of tandoori chicken in a curry sauce made with tomatoes, butter and spices.[1]

Butter chicken is a type of South Asian food. It is made by cooking pieces of tandoori chicken in a curry sauce made with tomatoes, butter and spices.[1] The food was invented at a restaurant in Old Delhi founded by two Punjabi refugees who fled Peshawar, British India during the Partition of India in 1947.[2]
