Bo Ummels (born 24 August 1993) is a Dutch long distance runner. She is a national champion in many fields, including 5000 metres, half-marathon, marathon and cross. Ummels represents Netherlands at international competitions.^{[1][2] [3]}

She competed at the 2022 European Athletics Championships in the marathon event.^[4]
