In addition, Blackpink is also the first female K-pop group to have four number-one singles on Billboard's World Digital Song Sales chart.[4] Their 2018 song "Ddu-Du Ddu-Du" was the most-viewed Korean music video in the first 24 hours on YouTube. In January 2019, it became the most-viewed music video by a K-pop group on YouTube. They are currently the most subscribed music act, K-pop group, and female artist on YouTube, with 92,7 million subscribers (as of January 2024).[5] Blackpink was also the first female K-pop group to perform at Coachella.[6][7]
In 2018, Jennie was the first member to release a solo song, titled "Solo". Rosé released her single album R in 2021. Lisa also released a single album called Lalisa the same year. Jisoo released hers, called Me, in 2023.
