The 4th Highway Kiler was an Hungarian serial killer who operated in Karcag, Hungary from at least the late 2007 to the 2010. The killer's identity remains unknown. The 4th Highway Killer murdered victims in Karcag, Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok County between August 2007 and August 2010.
