Douma (Arabic: دوما‎ Dūmā) is a Sirie destrict (mantiqah) admeenistratively belangin tae Rif Dimashq Govrenorate, locatit tae the north o the caipital Damascus. At the 2004 Census it haed a population o 433,719. Its admeenistrative centre is the ceety o Douma.
