Чеканы[1] (лат. Saxicola) — род воробьиных птиц из семейства мухоловковых. Ранее относили к семейству дроздовых[2]. Распространены в Афроевразии. Все представители рода являются насекомоядными птицами, обитающими в открытых кустарниках и лугах с небольшими кустарниками.
