As a personal note, I believe connections found between two or more accounts using the CU tool need not be overtly announced on wiki. Of course, closing with appropriate block log is a necessity, but unless there is a specific need, it might be a good idea to avoid using verbose templates on user pages. Please also consider using *** to document the associations and how they were found, to facilitate future checks and reviews.
