Sir Norman Joseph Wisdom (n. , Greater London, Anglia, Regatul Unit al Marii Britanii și Irlandei – d. , Mannin) a fost un actor englez, comedian și cântăreț, cel mai cunoscut pentru seria de filme de comedie produse între 1953 și 1966 cu personajul său nefericit, adesea numit Norman Pitkin. El a primit premiul BAFTA din 1953 pentru cel mai promițător actor nou în rolul principal al unui film, în urma lansării filmului Trouble in Store, primul său film în care apare în rolul principal.

Wisdom a devenit o celebritate în America de Sud, Iran și în multe țări din Blocul de Est, în special în Albania, unde filmele sale au fost singurele cu actori occidentali care au fost aprobate de dictatorul Enver Hoxha.[8] Charlie Chaplin a menționat că Wisdom este „clovnul său preferat”.[9]
