Wei Zhang
Wei Zhang ou Zhang Wei (chinês simplificado: 张伟; 1981) é um matemático chinês, especialista em teoria dos números. É atualmente professor de matemática do Instituto de Tecnologia de Massachusetts (MIT).
Recebeu o Prêmio SASTRA Ramanujan de 2010.”[1]
Em dezembro de 2017 recebeu o Breakthrough Prize in Mathematics juntamente com Zhiwei Yun, Aaron Naber e Maryna Viazovska.
Foi palestrante convidado do Congresso Internacional de Matemáticos no Rio de Janeiro (2018: Periods, cycles, and L-functions: A relative trace formula approach).[2][3]
