The عالمی ادارہ صحت originally counted the number towards Japan, but beginning from 6 February it categorized as "International Conveyance (Japan)".[۳۲۹] On 5 February, first 10 passengers was tested positive, including: 3 Hong Kong citizens, 3 Japanese nationals, 2 Australians, 1 Filipino and 1 US citizen.[۳۳۰] On 6 February, additional 10 passengers was announced. This included: 4 Japanese nationals, 2 Canadians, 2 US citizens, 1 New Zealander and 1 Taiwanese.[۳۳۱] On 7 February, additional 41 was announced. This included: 21 Japanese nationals, 8 US citizens, 5 Australians, 5 Canadians, 1 Argentine and 1 UK citizen.[۳۳۲] On 8 February, 3 more confirmed cases included 2 US citizens and 1 Chinese citizen.[۳۳۳] On 9 February, additional 6 cases (4 Filipinos, 1 Ukrainian and 1 US citizen) was reported.[۳۳۴] On 10 February, 65 more cases was announced. This included: 45 Japanese nationals, 11 US citizens, 4 Australians, 3 Filipinos, 1 Canadian, and 1 Ukrainian.[۳۳۵] On 12 February, additional 39 was reported, with 10 Japanese nationals and 29 foreigners from 11 other countries.[۳۳۶] On 13 February, 44 more was infected, with 29 Japanese and 15 non-Japanese nationals.[۳۳۷]
