Waldorf Music GmbH – niemiecki producent syntezatorów, powstały w 2006 po przejęciu upadłego przedsiębiorstwa Waldorf Music AG.

Historia

Firma, jako Waldorf Electronics GmbH, założona została w 1988 z inicjatywy Wolfganga Dürena. Wcześniej był on dystrybutorem produktów firmy Palm Products GmbH w Niemczech. Nazwa Waldorf odnosi się do miasta, w którym powstało przedsiębiorstwo.

Po kłopotach finansowych skutkujących oświadczeniem bankructwa w 2003 powołane zostało nowe przedsiębiorstwo pod nazwą Waldorf Music AG, które również stało się nierentowne. Firma wznowiła działalność dopiero w 2006 jako Waldorf Music GmbH.
