William Henry Holmes (1846–1933) var en amerikansk arkeolog, antropolog, illustratør og kartograf som var kjent for tekniske illustrasjoner av Vestre USA. Han var sjef ved den arkeologiske og senere den antropologiske avdelingen ved Smithsonian Institution, USAs nasjonalmuseum i Washington.
