Niklái Johan Petersen (født 12. september 1957 i Kollafjørður) er en færøysk skipper og politiker (Tj.).

Han har gått sjømannsskolen i Tórshavn og er skipper i fiskeflåten.[1][2]

Petersen var 1. vararepresentant til Lagtinget fra Norðurstreymoy 1998–2002 og 2004–2008 samt fast representant 2002–2004. I perioden som representant satt han i Lagtingets justiskomité.[1] Han var formann i partiets velgerforening på Norðurstreymoy 2004–2008.[2]
