Melissa Jefferson (født 2001) er en friidrettsutøver fra USA som konkurrerer i sprintløp. Hun studerer ved og konkurrerer for Coastal Carolina University.[2]

Jefferson vant 60 meteren under NCAA-mesterskapet i friidrett (det nasjonale collegemesterskapet i USA) innendørs i 2022.[3]

Hun vant 100 meteren under USA-mesterskapet i friidrett 2022 utendørs og kvalifiserte seg dermed til VM i friidrett 2022 som ble arrangert i Eugene, Oregon. Jefferson kom til finalen og endte på åttende plass i finalen på 100 meter under mesterskapet.[4][5][6] Hun deltok også i vinnerlaget på 4 × 100 meter stafett.[7]
