Louis-Isidore Duperrey på Commons

Louis Isidore Duperrey (født 22. oktober 1786 i Paris, død 25. august 1865) var en fransk oppdagelsesreisende, sjøfarer og kartograf.

Duperrey gikk i 1802 i den franske marines tjeneste og tjente til å begynne med som marinehydrolog under kaptein Louis de Freycinet på hans oppdagelsesferder i Stillehavet med skipet Uranie (1817–1820).

Senere førte han selv skipet La Coquille på egne oppdagelsesferder i det sørlige stillehavsområde (1822–1825).
