Kåre Ellingsgård (født 1. desember 1926 i Måsøy kommune, død 26. juni 2017 i Molde[1]) var en norsk politiker som representerte Arbeiderpartiet. Han var tidligere statssekretær, fylkesmann i Møre og Romsdal og fylkesrådmann.

Ellingsgård gikk ut av gymnaset i 1945. I 1950 ble han cand. oecon.[2] Han arbeidet deretter i både privat og offentlig sektor. Ellingsgård deltok i flere regionale samferdselsutvalg i Møre og Romsdal og var medlem av bystyret i Molde 1952–1972 og 2007–2015.[2]

I 1961 ble han kontorsjef ved Møre og Romsdal vegkontor. Ellingsgård ble i 1966 økonomisjef i Møre og Romsdal Fylkesbåtar, der han i 1968 ble administrerende direktør.[2] Fra mars til august 1971 var Ellingsgård statssekretær i Samferdselsdepartementet.[3]

Ellingsgård ble i 1973 utnevnt til fylkesmann i Møre og Romsdal. Han satt i denne stillingen ut 1976. Ellingsgård ble samme år fylkesrådmann i Møre og Romsdal fylkeskommune, en stilling han hadde til 1988.[4]
