Ivo van Damme (født 21. februar 1954, død 29. desember 1976) var en belgisk friidrettsutøver (mellomdistanseløper).

Van Damme debuterte i mesterskapssammenheng i 1973 da han ble nummer 4 i junior-VM. Det store gjennombruddet kom under OL 1976 i Montréal der han tok sølv på både 800 og 1500 meter. Senere samme år omkom van Damme i en bilulykke.
