Headbanger’s Ball

Headbanger's Ball er et musikkprogram som gikk på MTV fra 1987 til 1995 og fra 2003 til 2012. Programmet presenterte siste nytt innen heavy metal og hardrock.

Det ble første gang sendt I USA lørdag 18. april 1987, da det erstattet programmet Heavy Metal Mania. Det ble tatt av luften i januar 1995, mye på grunn av Heavy Metal ikke var like populært lenger. Etter et lite tiår ble programmet relansert på MTV2 i 2003 på MTV2 i USA. Programledere var Kevin Seal, Adam Curry, Riki Rachtman (1990–1995) og Jamey Jasta (2003–2007). Det ble avsluttet i 2012.

Det ble laget egne lokale programmer i flere land. Den versjonen som gikk på MTV Europe ble i mange år ledet av Vanessa Warwick (fra 1992 til 1996). På slutten av 2000-tallet var «Pete Evil» programleder for den norske versjonen av programmet.
