HB Køge Kvindeelite er kvinnelaget til den danske fotballklubben HB Køge, basert i byen Køge i Danmark. Klubben spiller i Elitedivisionen, det øverste nivået i dansk fotball for kvinner.

I januar 2020, da klubben fortsatt spilte på nivå to i dansk fotball, kunngjorde HB Køge en stor satsning på kvinnefotball. Klubben annonserte ny hovedsponsor, ny hovedtrener, og at herrene og kvinnene skulle likestilles i klubben.[1][2] Ambisjonen var å spille Champions League innen fem år.[2]

I 2020 rykket klubben opp til Elitedivisionen, det øverste nivået i dansk fotball for kvinner. I sin første sesong på toppnivå i 2020/21-sesongen, ble HB Køge seriemester og brøt en rekke hvor Brøndby eller Fortuna Hjørring hadde vunnet serien hvert år siden 2002.[3]
