Ernst Rudolf Huber (født 8. juni 1903 i Oberstein, død 28. oktober 1990 i Freiburg im Breisgau) var en rettshistoriker og «kronjurist» under det tredje rike.[5]

Slik som Georg Dahm og Karl Larenz, tilhørte Huber "Kiel skolen" innen konstitusjonell lov som hadde til hensikt å skape legitimitet for Alfred Hitlers diktatoriske førerstat.

Etter krigen ble han ekskludert fra å inneha høye stillinger inntil 1962.
