Des Moines County er et fylke i den amerikanske delstaten Iowa. Fylket må ikke forveksles med byen Des Moines. Fylket hadde 40 325[1] innbyggere i 2010. Des Moines County ble opprettet i 1834[1] i det daværende Michigan-territoriet og fylkessetet er Burlington.[1]

Fylket er oppkalt etter elva Des Moines.[2]
