Christen Nicolai Endresen Apenes' (født 8. juli 1900 i Glemmen,[2] død 13. mars 1985) var en norsk overrettssakfører.

Han var sønn av verkseier Christen Nicolai Endresen Apenes d.e. og Bergljot Torgrimsen,[3] og vokste opp i Fredrikstad og Trondheim. Han giftet seg i 1929 med Ingrid Anker Andersen fra Trondheim, datter av salmaker Ingvald Anker Andersen.[4]

Apenes hadde studentereksamen fra 1918 og juridisk embedseksamen fra 1923. Han var dommerfullmektig i Nordre Sunnmøre sorenskriveri 1923–1924, sakførerfullmektig hos overrettssakfører Otto Skirstad i Trondheim 1925–1926 og privatpraktiserende overrettssakfører i Trondheim fra 1926.[3] Apenes var også medlem av Akademiet for internasjonal rett i Haag 1925–1926[3] og konstituert sorenskriver i Stjør- og Verdal sorenskriveri 1941–1942.[5]
