Robert «Bob» Doud Martin (født 19. juni 1925 i Tacoma, Washington, død 18. oktober 2012) var en amerikansk roer som deltok i de olympiske leker 1948 i London.

Martin ble olympisk mester i roing under OL 1948 i London. Han var med på den amerikanske fireren med styrmann som vant konkurransen foran Sveits og Danmark. Roøvelsene ble gjennomført i perioden 5. til 8. august 1948 på Themsen. Mannskapet på den amerikanske båten var roerne, Warren Westlund, Bob Martin, Bob Will, Gordy Giovanelli og Allan Morgan som var styrmann.
