Associazione Pizzaioli e Similari

Associazione Pizzaioli e Similari (APES) er en organisasjon stiftet i 1981 for å utvikle kvaliteten i de europeiske og italienske kjøkken, med spesiell fokus på pizza.

Foreningen utgir bladet Pizzapress Pubblico Capriccio, som sendes til over 30 000 pizzeriaer og restauranter over hele verden. APES holder også kurs for pizzakokker og jobber for å fremme pizzakultur.

I Norge har Stabburet reklamert med at to av deres frossenpizzaer er «godkjent av Det italienske pizzabakerlauget». Det har imidlertid fremkommet at APES aldri tidligere har godkjent så mye som en eneste pizza, hverken i fersk eller frossen tilstand.
