Arnold Carl Johansen (1898–1957) var en norsk ingeniør, fabrikksjef, væreier og Høyre-politiker fra Hol/Stamsund. Han var stortingsrepresentant for Nordland i én periode 1950–1953.[1]

Han hadde artium fra Bodø 1916,[2][3] og ble kjemiingeniør ved NTH i 1920.[4][5] Han ble i 1921 ansatt ved Lofoten kemiske fabrikker, som han i 1930 overtok og drev fram til 1940.[6] Han startet i 1937 handelshuset L. Blix & Co sammen med svigerfaren.[7][8][9]

Han satt i kommunestyret i Hol 1922–1950, og hadde styrelederverv i Stamsund sparebank 1932-1936 og 1954-1957 og Lofoten handelstandsforening 1947-1948.[1]

Han omkom under bading.[10]
