Allround-VM på skøyter 1949, kvinner ble arrangert i Kongsberg, Norge den 12. og 13. februar 1949. Marija Isakova fra Sovjetunionen forsvarte sin tittel fra 1948 og ble verdensmester. Verné Lesche fra Finland satte verdensrekord på 5 000 meter med tiden 9.26,8.
