A Technicolor Dream

A Technicolor Dream var et rockeband fra Oslo som ble dannet i 1982.[1][2]

I 1983 gikk bandet sammen med musikerkollegene i Burnt Sienna om å gi ut en felles LP.[1] A Technicolor Dream var blant de første rockebandene i Oslo på tidlig 1980-tall som spilte 60-tallsrock og psykedelisk musikk.[1] De ga ut singelen «Beauty Is Truth» i 1986, samt kassetten Through the Rhythm.[1]

Plateselskapet Voices of Wonder

De tre bandmedlemmene Ketil Sveen, Dag Krogsvold og Per Thomas Lund var med på å starte og drive plateselskapet Voices of Wonder på 1980-- og 90-tallet.[1] Voices of Wonder utga band som Sister Rain, Dog Age, The Popcorn Explosion, Spacelings og Lost At Sea, og senere signerte blant annet Motorpsycho, Run Dog Run, Red Harvest, Hedge Hog og The 3rd And The Mortal. Helt fra begynnelsen var Voices of Wonder også sin egen distributør, og begynte gradvis å utvide repertoaret med utenlandske og andre norske plateselskaper. Selskapet skiftet i 2000 navn til Voices of Music & Entertainment (VME).[3] Elektronika-selskapene Smalltown Supersound og Beatservice er i dag[når?] tilknyttet VME.

Medlemmene i A Technicolor Dream var Ketil Sveen (keyboards, trompet), Dag Krogsvold (gitar, vokal), Per Thomas Lund (bass) og trommeslagerne Pål «Krisa» Kristensen (senere Backstreet Girls) og Steinar Buholm (Sister Rain, The Tables).[2]
