Karen Dorothea Bang (1756–1839)[1] var ein norsk kokebokforfatter.

Bang var fødd[2] og døydde i Arendal.[1] Ho var dotter av Trinke Gabrielsdatter og den seinare majoren Steen Iversen Bang (d. 1783). I mange år arbeidde ho som «husjomfru», før ho gav ut Fuldstændig Norsk Kogebog ved enden av livet.[1]
