Holy Loch (skotsk-gælisk An Loch Sianta/Seunta) er ein sea loch eller ein fjord i Argyll and Bute i Skottland. Han er ein fjordarm på austsida av Firth of Clyde. Han er om lag 1,5 km brei og 5 km lang. Byen Dunoon på Cowalhalvøya ligg ved Clyde like sør for Holy Loch. Ein trur at namnet Holy Loch kjem frå 500-talet då St. Munn gjekk i land der etter å ha reist frå Irland.

Under den andre verdskrigen vart fjorden nytta av Royal Navy som ubåtbase, og her vart utført mange testar og øvingar med ubåtane. Mellom 1961 og 1992 hadde den amerikanske marinen ein ubåtbase her.
