Stanisław August Poniatowski (Jawi: ‏ستانيسواۏ اءوڬوس‌ت‌ ڤوڽاتوۏسکي‎‎) (dilahirkan sebagai Count Stanisław Antoni Poniatowski)[1] (17 Januari 1732 – 12 Februari 1798) merupakan Raja dan Duke terakhir bagi Komanwel Poland-Lithuania. Baginda adalah putera kepada Count Stanislaw Poniatowski, Penjaga Istana Kraków dan Puteri Konstancja Czartoryska, kekanda kepada Michał Jerzy Poniatowski Michał Jerzy Poniatowski, Primat dari Poland serta pakcik kepada Józef Poniatowski.
